  • Inspect property and make recommendations to owner to have property ready to rent
  • Advertise rentals on Craigslist, on our website (includes photos and detailed description), PCS America Military Relocation Network for Monterey NPS and the Presidio, and list at office counter
  • With our great location we get a lot of walk-ins
  • Place rent signs on property

Fees and Packet:

  • $750 or ½ month’s rent whichever is greater for tenant placement fee
  • Packet includes check to owner for move-in costs (less fee), signed leased, applications, and  credit reports
